The Cerna Group of Marcus & Millichap has successfully brokered a significant number of multifamily, retail strip malls, R&D and other lucrative deals throughout the United States.

In 2005, we brokered a 98-unit condo conversion in Pacifica, California for over $17million, a retail strip mall in San Jose, California valued at  $3 million and a 116-unit apartment building in Whittier, California for  $21.8 million.  A year later, we closed over 1,200 units and $65 million in transactions.  The following year, we brokered a 66-unit property in East Palo Alto, California in the amount of $7.3 million and a 66-unit apartment complex in San Jose, California worth $8 million. We focused our efforts in 2008 on strengthening our marketing capabilities to better respond to the challenging economic climate.
